Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an initial State Licensure and occupancy survey conducted onsite on March 1, 2024 and completed offsite on March 9, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Neighborhood Hospital- Macungie Campus which included the opening of Macungie Neighborhood Hospital, including outpatient Imaging. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.
This report is for the new service, Telehealth Services for Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary, Neurology, Neurology Stroke, Psychiatric Eval Services, Burn, Wound, Case Management, Toxicology and Dietician Consults, beginning on Marc 12, 2024. The Lehigh Valley Hospital Neighborhood Hospital Macungie Campus attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
This report is for new equipment to accommodate the opening of the `new Lehigh Valley Hospital Neighborhood Hospital Macungie Campus including the Medical Surgical Unit, Imaging Suites, Lab, Dietary Department and Emergency Department, beginning on March 12, 2024. The Lehigh Valley Hospital Macungie Neighborhood Campus attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
